Roasting A Turkey
  1. Preheat oven to 450
  2. Rinse turkey & pat dry
  3. Tie legs together with twine & place turkey into roasting pan Tip: Also be sure that wings are turned back.
  4. Roast at 450 until skin is golden brown & crispy Tip: When turkey reaches desired level of browning, cover with foil to prevent further caramelization.
  5. Reduce oven temp to 325 and continue roasting until internal temp reaches 150. Tip: Check temp at the knee joint
  6. Remove turkey from oven & let rest (turkey will continue to cook slightly as it cools)
  7. Carve & enjoy!
