The Kitchen’s breakfast & lunch menus are updated each morning at: thesundry.com/menu. This week’s daily lunch specials will be:

The Kitchen is cooking up a New Orleans inspired menu for Fat Tuesday!

Chef Aaron will walk class participants through the process of making and casing fresh sausage. Each person will then craft 2 lbs of their own uniquely seasoned sausage to take home. Please visit the class’s webpage for more information & required advance registration.
